You shed the burden and purposefully supply your body with important nutrients. You feel lighter and full of energy, develop a new sense of hunger and notice the first positive changes.

How does C9™ work?

1. Fasting phase
(Days 1–2)
The first two days of the programme are dedicated to fasting, to relieve the body and optimally prepare it for the coming steps. If you have just completed the DX4™ programme, this phase is skipped and you start directly with calorie reduction.
2. Targeted support
(Days 1–9)
A combination of Aloe Vera Gel, protein shakes and carefully coordinated nutritional supplements ensures maximum synergy and makes sure your body is fully taken care of. C9™ is easy to follow and helps you integrate healthier habits into everyday life.
3. Calorie reduction and nutrient-rich nutrition
(Days 3–9)
From day 3, calorie intake is reduced to 1,000 kcal per day for women and 1,200 kcal per day for men. Approximately 600 kcal come from a healthy, nutrient-rich meal, while the rest is supplemented by a protein shake. This combination helps you better control hunger and integrate a balanced diet into everyday life.
4. Clear daily plans for easy implementation
(Days 1–9)
The C9™ programme offers you a structured Forever nutrition plan that fits easily into your daily life. With clear daily plans and simple instructions, you can effortlessly follow every step and achieve the best results.
5. Light exercise
(Days 1–9)
Complement the programme with simple physical activities to amplify the positive effects. 30 minutes of light to moderate exercise daily helps gently strengthen your body and feel the first changes in your wellbeing and energy.
